Dia Support

Need help with Dia: Tasks & Habits? Contact [email protected].

Tell us your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; hide private event details first. Never send your password, session token, private key or full payment card information.

Offline use and synchronization

You can create and manage your own tasks and habits without an internet connection. Account registration, sign-in, invitations, synchronization, subscription checks and online place searches need a connection. If the server cannot be reached, an event saved locally remains on your device and syncs when communication returns. A failed invitee search does not mean an unsaved draft was saved; use the event's Save button.

Reminders and location

Check notification permissions and Focus settings in iPhone Settings. Alarm and location features also depend on their system permissions. Arrival reminders depend on iOS background behavior, location accuracy and your selected time window; very small radii are not a delivery guarantee. You can choose whether a reminder includes its notes. Snooze options are 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

Apple Calendar

Dia reads calendars already available in Apple Calendar, with your permission. Add or remove Google, Exchange and other calendar accounts in iPhone Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts. Dia's account filter controls visibility in Today, Calendar and Library; disconnecting a source does not delete its iPhone account.

Dia Pro and subscriptions

Location reminders and sending invitations require Dia Pro. Receiving invitations and responding to them are free. Available prices and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Use Restore purchases while signed into the correct Dia and Apple accounts if access is missing. Manage or cancel renewal through Apple subscriptions. Apple handles billing; reportaproblem.apple.com handles eligible refund requests.

Delete your account

Open Dia → Settings → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion. An internet connection is required to confirm server deletion; a server connection failure does not erase local data. If deletion is already confirmed but device cleanup failed, use Finish removing account data. Cancel any active Apple subscription separately; account deletion does not cancel renewal. If you cannot access your account, contact support for an ownership-verified request.

Read our Privacy Policy. Exported files and copies you shared outside Dia remain under your control.
