Rosnet — Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Rosnet, operated by Rosware, is a social communication app. We are committed to child safety and maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on our service. These standards apply to everyone who uses Rosnet.

What CSAE means

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation — any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • CSAM (child sexual abuse material): any visual depiction — including photos,

videos, and computer-generated imagery — involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion of a child.
  • Trafficking of a child for sex.
  • Any other form of sexual exploitation of children.

Our zero-tolerance standards

  • CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited on Rosnet. Rosnet is not directed to

children under 13, and users must be at least 13 years old.

  • We remove violating content and suspend or permanently terminate the accounts

responsible.

  • We report CSAM and related offenses to the appropriate authorities, including

the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local authority, as required by law, and preserve information where legally obligated.

Reporting CSAE inside the app

You can report concerns without leaving Rosnet:

  • Report any message, post, story, comment, or profile directly from the app.
  • Block any user.
  • Email us at [email protected].

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users promptly — typically within 24 hours — and act on CSAE reports as a priority.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Rosnet is available, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations.
